1. General Policy

All event registrations are considered final upon payment confirmation. We encourage participants to carefully review event details before registering. Refunds are granted only under the specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Cancellation by Participant

If you wish to cancel your registration:

  • 30+ days before the event: 75% refund of the registration fee
  • 15โ€“30 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee
  • Less than 15 days before the event: No refund
  • Day of the event / No-show: No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through official Bharat Runs communication channels.

3. Event Cancellation by Bharat Runs

If Bharat Runs cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Participants will be notified via email/WhatsApp
  • A full refund or event credit (transferable to a future event) will be offered
  • Bharat Runs reserves the right to choose the mode of compensation

4. Bib Transfer Policy

  • Bib is not transferable

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable
  • International transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Registration processing fees
  • Merchandise (T-shirts, kits) once dispatched or collected
  • Early bird or promotional discounted registrations
  • Registrations cancelled less than 15 days before the event

7. Force Majeure

Bharat Runs shall not be liable for event cancellations or modifications caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, civil unrest, or extreme weather. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide event credits or alternative solutions.
